Welcome
Two Sisters Resorts is working to transform the Parliament Oak site in Niagara-on-the-Lake through the introduction of a hotel.
The architecture and grounds of the site will integrate the hotel into the existing Old Town streetscape and will deliver a landscaped green space. The project will offer new possibilities for recreation and hospitality while preserving and reflecting the heritage of Old Town.
The Parliament Oak site occupies an important place in Niagara-on-the-Lake and provides an opportunity to support tourism downtown. The proposed hotel will attract visitors to the community and encourage them to spend time learning more about local history and getting to know Niagara Region. The new hotel will offer approximately 130 suites, a restaurant and bar, and private event spaces.
As seen in the Landscape Master Plan, green space is central and foundational to the hotel design. Most mature trees on the site will be preserved, and many new trees and vegetation will be planted. The historical tree on King St will remain, with the hotel being carefully designed around it.
